Combining his experience of working as a chef with his current work in psychotherapy, Gary offers a unique programme in food therapy to individuals and groups. A typical food therapy session involves Gary teaching cooking skills while helping clients work through emotional issues. Food therapy works on several levels; as a medium to work
with clients with food-related issues; as well as teaching clients how to cook good nutritional food.
